The Durability Armor Viewer mod for Minecraft PE (Bedrock) adds a handy on-screen indicator that shows all your equipped armor, the item in your left hand, and their current durability. Features of the Armor Icon mod

The mod does not affect the ability to earn achievements, making it safe to use in survival mode. It is fully compatible with the System Dynamic Light add-on and works on all current versions of the game starting with 1.20.70. The latest version adds a control panel for detailed display settings, improved compatibility, and optimized transparency of empty armor slots so they don't block your view in Minecraft PE (Bedrock).

The add-on displays not only item icons, but also detailed information about their condition using color-coded durability indicators.

Visual strength indicators

A durability bar is displayed beneath each piece of armor and item in your left hand. When the item is new or nearly intact, the bar is green. As it wears down, the color changes to yellow, then orange, and finally red when the item is close to breaking. This gives you a visual warning, allowing you to repair or replace your equipment in time before it breaks at a critical moment.

In addition to armor, the add-on also displays the item in your left hand. This could be a shield, torch, map, or any other item. For items with durability, a corresponding indicator is displayed, and for stackable items, their quantity is shown. This is especially useful for shields, as you will always know when your protection is about to break in Minecraft PE (Bedrock).

Control panel and settings

Starting with version 2.0.0, the mod received an advanced settings panel that allows you to fully customize the appearance and layout of indicators on the screen.

Access to settings

To open the control panel, simply enter the command "/setting" in the chat. This will open an interface inspired by the Java Edition settings and the Sodium mod. Here you can change almost every aspect of the display: from the position of elements to their size and transparency. The panel is designed in a clear and intuitive style, making it easy to configure even for beginners.

Three layout options

The add-on comes with three ready-made sub-packs for different interface styles. The "default" option places the indicators in their standard position. "Beside the hotbar" places the armor icons next to the quick access panel for compactness. And "same as hotbar" aligns the indicators exactly along the hotbar line, creating a unified visual composition. Choose the option that best suits your playing style and screen resolution in Minecraft PE (Bedrock).
