The WarVehicles mod will allow you to arrange a real battle with tanks and guns in Minecraft PE (Bedrock). This modification will include about 16 armored vehicles and 2 mounted guns.

Weapons

To fire a gun, you need ammunition, which can be obtained on creative or with the /function allammo command.

To load a weapon, you need to grab ammo, and hold either on the weapon if you're playing with Minecraft on your phone, or right-click if with Windows 10 Edition. And you can shoot with a lighter.
