Features of the mod Flight to the Moon

This mod offers a comprehensive approach to space travel. You will have to go through all the stages: from gathering resources and creating complex equipment to exploring a new hostile world. Upon entering the world, you will receive a special guidebook that explains all the mechanics in detail.

One of the key features is that the Moon is a whole new dimension, not just a structure in the normal world, which makes exploration even more exciting in Minecraft PE (Bedrock).

Preparing for the flight

The path to the stars begins on Earth. You will need to gather a lot of resources and build several key structures before you can break away from the surface.

Launch pad and rocket

First, you need to craft a launch pad using 3 iron ingots, 3 obsidian, and 3 copper blocks. Then, place the rocket on it, which is made from a redstone block, 3 iron blocks, and 3 dispensers. After placing the rocket on the launch pad, you will have only a few seconds to jump inside and start the launch through a special interface in Minecraft PE (Bedrock).

Space suit

You cannot survive on the moon without a spacesuit. To create one, you will need to upgrade any armor (except leather and chain mail). Surround the chestplate or helmet with the appropriate ore (for example, a diamond helmet with diamonds) on a workbench to create a space version in Minecraft PE (Bedrock). It is enough to have only a helmet and chestplate; any pants and boots will do.

Lunar measurement and its dangers

The moon is a harsh world, full of both valuable resources and new threats. Here you will encounter low gravity, poor visibility, and unique enemies.

New resources and blocks

Iron and amethyst are abundant on the surface of the Moon. You can also mine moonstone, which is used to craft new decorative blocks—moonstone bricks. In addition, you can find a new gemstone on the moon—peridot, which is used to craft low-gravity potions—and meteorite fragments, which are durable blocks that are resistant to explosions.

New enemies and a music disc

Be careful: the lunar expanses are patrolled by new hostile mobs — Lunar Phantoms and Necronauts — who will make your survival more difficult. As a nice bonus, while exploring the moon, you can find a secret music disc with a melody whose title hints at the famous song "Fly Me to the Moon," adding atmosphere to your space adventure in Minecraft PE (Bedrock).
