The Block Pets mod for Minecraft PE (Bedrock) allows you to tame blocks and turn them into cute and powerful pets in Minecraft on your phone. Forget about wolves — now a block of earth or a workbench can become your companion! These pets can be found in the world, created on your own, raised, and used to defend your base.

Features of the Living Blocks mod

The main feature of the mod is its full compatibility with vanilla survival: it does not require experimental features to be enabled and does not disable achievements in Minecraft PE (Bedrock). Most block pets appear in biomes corresponding to their type, for example, a jungle foliage pet appears in the jungle. Other, rarer pets must be created independently.

Taming and developing pets

To tame a block pet in Minecraft PE (Bedrock), feed it bread, an apple, a carrot, a potato, or a beetroot. Once tamed, it will follow you, and you can command it to sit or stand. The pet grows in three stages: after about 3 hours, it reaches the middle stage, and after another 3 hours, it reaches the final stage, becoming a powerful defender with 110 HP and 8 attack points. You can speed up its growth by feeding it sweet apples.

Creation and revival

To create pets that do not exist in nature, you will need a Soul Table. If your tamed pet dies, it will drop a Block Soul Essence. Combine it with a Wind Charge to get a Block Soul, which you can use on the Soul Table to create a new pet in Minecraft PE (Bedrock). This allows you to keep your companions forever.
