Mod: Improved Hell [1.21+]

The Tempered in Flame modification for Minecraft PE (Bedrock) radically redesigns the Netherworld, adding three-layer generation, new mobs, structures and unique weapons. Explore updated biomes, fight Pyrogen, and craft gear stronger than neserite!

Features mod Improved Hell

In Minecraft PE (Bedrock) with this add-on, all the biomes of the Lower World get a complete overhaul. Warped and Crimson Forests get new plants, trees and generation. Soul Sand Valley gets skeletal wolves and spades, and Basalt Deltas gets a new miniboss and ash blocks. Unique bastions and fortresses for each biome also appear.

Hell is now divided into three layers: upper, middle and lower. In the upper layer you can find the new Infernalslate block and ruby ore, while in the lower layer you can find screaming obsidian and an increased chance of finding neserite. Generation includes over 13 unique structures ranging from Piglin Mines to quartz geodes.

New Mobs, Bosses, and Minerals

The mod adds a host of new creatures, from dangerous Spore Creepers to Flying Inferno and Gasta Balloon, which houses armed pyglies. There are also new neutral mobs such as Nether Moo Shrooms and Lava Cows. The main challenge will be the battle with the boss Pyrogen - summoned through the Tempered Forge in the lava.

Unique magma crystals appear in different layers, which are used to create fire charges with different effects. You can also find Soul and Rose Quartz in forests and valleys, and use them in crafting new items. All mobs are balanced for hardcore survival in Minecraft PE (Bedrock).

Equipment and combat items

You'll be able to craft new gear, from obsidian and ruby gear to pyroform armor. Obsidian gear is stronger than diamond gear from Minecraft PE (Bedrock), and pyro armor is the best you can get: it's invulnerable and can only be crafted in Soul Forge. Also added are battle axes, throwing spikes (Caltrops) and even emerald equipment.

Crafting in Soul Forge

All new items are created in a unique workbench, the Soul Forge, found in a structure in Soul Sand Valley. It is the only place where you can create upgraded gear using templates dropped from chests and boss Pyrogen.
