Mod: Thirst [1.21+]

THIRST mod for Minecraft PE (Bedrock) adds a thirst system, making survival more difficult. Now players need to monitor the level of fluid in the body, drink water and consume certain foods to avoid dehydration.

Features of the Thirst mod

This mod adds a new parameter to Minecraft PE (Bedrock) - thirst scale, which decreases over time. To avoid dehydration, the player needs to drink water or eat certain foods. If the scale is empty, damage will begin.

Water is the main source of quenching thirst. However, you can only drink purified water, which must be prepared. This makes survival more difficult, adding a new element of realism to the game.

Thirst and water mechanics

The thirst scale is located under your inventory and decreases over time. To restore it, you can drink a bottle of purified water, which restores 60% of the scale, or eat certain foods such as watermelon, carrots or beets (which restore 20% each).

To get purified water in Minecraft PE (Bedrock), you need to put the water bottle in a fire or stove. Dirty water can not be drunk - it will cause negative effects. This process makes survival even more elaborate and realistic.

Additional features

The mod is fully compatible with other addons, as it does not use `player.json`. This makes it easy to add it to existing builds and not worry about conflicts. The new mechanics make the game more hardcore and addictive.
