Here are two addons that will be able to change your height in Minecraft PE (Bedrock). Also, if you play online and your friends enter the world with these addons, they will also change their height.

Growth addon feature

Addons are as simple as possible, and you just need to install them in the game to change the height. Especially, you can try boosting with these addons, you just need to change the entrance to your house and so on.

Changes in growth

At the bottom you will find two addons, one will be for tall and one for short.

High

With this addon you will become tall in Minecraft PE. You will be 4 blocks high and 2 blocks wide. Also you will not be able to pass through two blocks of blocks, now you will need larger volumes to enter.

Low

Your body will be 1 block. You will be smaller than a zombie, so you don't have to make a door to the house. Just make an entrance of one block and walk through. And you will be 0.5 blocks wide.
